  The last 2 times we ordered from Arrbys drive throu,we can don't get what we ordered an ask for Arrbys sause an can't even get that !

  The food is great. But that need to put baby changing tables in the rest rooms. They do know lots of their customers have kids. I mean really come on arby's .

  I have yet to get what I order when I go to this store in Wilson NC.
  Tonights order, Sandwhich with LTM, Onion Rings, Small Diet Pepsi, and Ketchup packets please. I get, Sandwhich with Lettuce and Tomato. No mayo..... I get Onion Rings that strangely look like curly fries, BECAUSE THEY ARE, and a small diet pepsi. The condiments included, three marinara sauce packets, and six arbys sauce...... NO KETCHUP. I either need to hold up the drive thru while I check the order, or I need to stop going there to eat this unhealthy food anyway. This always happens. And to top it off, the girl at the window, just was looking like she just couldnt wait to go home. I had to repeat the order three times in the beginning I should have known what to expect.
