  Service was very slow employee where confused and disoriented I got a small cup when I paid for a large because that was what they had just a bad overall experience sorry that this multi million company can to train and hire compenten people to serve the public

  On several occasions, my order has been incorrect, after waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I am almost never asked if I need any condiments, napkins, etc., and they are not in the bag.
  
  Furthermore, this is one of only a few restaurants open late night. One morning I asked for a chicken biscuit, at 5:30 a.m. mind you, and as told they were out of biscuits!
  
  My overall experience at this location has been terrible, with a staff that does not even speak to you, overcooked food, many people standing around while you are twiddling your thumbs waiting on your food, and non-fast food service.
